Postcode exclusions may apply and some carriage costs will be more than the flat rate. If in doubt please email or call for a quote. 

PRICES:   All prices are subject to alteration without notice.

Orders are accepted at prices ruling on the day of order.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaint by the customer relating to invoices must be notified by the customer to the Company in writing within 14 DAYS of the invoice date. 

CONDITIONS OF SALE

It is a condition of sale that all the goods invoiced shall remain the Absolute Property of the Company until the total amount due in respect thereof has been paid .

DAMAGE OR LOSS

Please notify the carriers in writing IMMEDIATELY on arrival of any loss or damage and at the same time advise the Company.

NON-DELIVERY

It is essential that you advise the Company within 21 days from date of invoice of non-arrival to enable the Company to lodge claim with the carriers, which to be valid, must be entered by the sender within 28 days of dispatch .
